version 2 sure signal no 3G signal

my sure signal version 2 is on with all the correct lights but there is no 3G signal there is nothing wrong with my phone as it picks up 3G signal normally. what else is there to try? ive also reset it about 3 times.. which didn't do anything. what is the next step??

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
