version 3 sure signal not working

i hope some one can help, 

i had a version one sure signal working fine, until i had to unplug everything from the wall, i had tried for the last few days to try and get it back up and runing i have spoken to two different members of the tech team both said it was sorted and it would be up and running soon. 

after anothier two days of trying to sort it, i went and brought a new version three hoping it would sort the problem, it has not i cant get it it link up with the phones which are attached to it, 

on the device the power light flshes and the internet sinmble isoff an the the other two lights are red.

it doesnt help that there is now no signal in the village so i cant phone for help.

does any one have any ideas on how to sort this?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
