vodafone smart 4 mini show loading when its turn on

My phone don't want to switch on correctly, after the vodacom display it shows a black background with a grey circle that loads the whole day. I did do a factory reset already it didn't help. can anyone please help me

Hi. You mention Vodacom, this is the vodafone uk forum.

If you have tried a reset and it's still happening I would take it back to where you got it from and either get a replacement or send off for repair. If it's not under warranty there may be a charge for this.
