Just bought a new VSS. Plugged in, red light constant, white internet light has been slowly flashing for last 2 hours. What can I do to sort this out?

Hi cec123,

 

The lights you’re seeing show that the Sure Signal is currently being configured.

 

This can take up to six hours to complete after which you should see a solid power light, solid internet light and solid service light.
