vodaphone induced suresignal problems

Hi can someone please help me!!!!!!!!

Around 6 months ago I received a text message telling me that due to inactivity my sure signal service was being suspended, although used regularly.

I tried the helpline to no avail I looked on the forum and tried a fix which worked by reregistering my suresignal box. Ever since that only my number is registered and when I try to put numbers that were previously listed I get a message saying that there is a temporary problem which they are trying to fix,.......... several months down the line still the same old story.

I really need this to work as we are in a rural location and no other signal is available, please don't give me the run around of signal tests ports etc its the vodaphone end that is the problem as my phone now works as it should.
