My voicemail isn't working on my new phone. Calls just ring out and are not transferred to voicemail. When I call 121 it appears to be set up as it was on the old phone and there is no option to activate it.
You could try dialing 1210 [send] to turn voicemail off and then 1211 [send] to turn if back on. If that fails, it may need a reset and Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) should be able to help with that.
