Hi all any body had this
I have six contracts and went to upgrade one today and I was on the phone for 35 mins agreed the price and he went to put my discount on that i get and then after another five mins told he could not do my discount even though we had agreed the deal what a waist of my time 45 mins in total rubbish service now.
and nearly forgot they sent me text to ask how they did when i got to the last one it said they could not do the servay becouse it was out of date???
or just becouse it was a rubbish servay????
know thinking of moving on to another network

I can understand why you’d be unimpressed at what’s happened.
May i ask if they advised why issues were being experienced applying the discount you mentioned ? What discount is it ?

Hi this was the last five mins of 45 mins he said it was a black friday deal and he did not know he could not give me the extra discount off, but I did tell him from the start that was the most annoying thing,
and know had a text from there custermer service from a tahir khan at 18.56 saying he will call in 30 mins and at 19.41 a text from him saying he had tryed calling me that was a load of rubbish as i had the phone right by me plus had a look at my call log Nothing

@waynestanyon1 As the plan you'd chosen was part of our Black Friday deals, they'd already be discounted - we'd therefore be unable to discount this further.
Apologies that you were advised this after discussing the deal
Have the team since been able to reach you by phone or email to help with any further queries you may have?

The usual discount for an additional line is 15%. However, you don't mention the price plan you agreed to, if the new price plan was already on discount, the advisor would be unable to give a second discount, this may be the reason for being unable to add your discount.
The new price plan usually shows almost immediately, if you log onto your online account or check the My Vodafone Application, you should be able to see the new price plan and any discount.
Vodafone usually send an email within the week to confirm everything agreed, if you are not satisfied, you have every right to cancel the upgrade.

i know this and strate of the batt i told the chap so it just comes down to poor training, and i felt that he was not looking very hard to help, by the way i get 25% been with them a long time and know time for a change i think, plus i had a text at 18.56 from tahir khan saying he would call me in 30 mins and at 19.41 a text saying he had tryed to call me, I had the phone right by me even looked at the call log what a load of crap vodaphone are at the moment and a bunch of liars
