why is chat unavailable?

I topped up £20 today and bought a 3GB bundle for my Tablet PC but it doesn't seem to be active and I wanna know why and want it fixed ASAp. But chat has been unavailable for HOURS! I I need help now.

I'm sorry to hear this. 

Normally if you leave the page open, someone will become available after a minute or so. 

If you still need some help with this please either call 191 from your phone, or follow the steps that I've sent you in a private message.
