wi-fi stopped working on my smart 6 ultra

Wi-fi has suddenly stopped working on my smart 6 ultra.Have tried all the settings,switching on and off and even a factory reset but nothing seems to work.My router is fine with other things connecting no problem.The phone isn't even picking up surrounding wi-fi or even just showing their names.Can anyone help?

Appreciate you've tried certain things to get the phone back connecting. 

Have you tried forgetting the network in wifi settings. 

One extreme is to bsck up and fsctory reset. 

If no joy then if you acquired the phone directly from Vodafone then as they apply a 24 month warranty you could pop into a shop where they'll look st it and if necessary send it off to be looked at. 

Take Time / Date stamped pictures of the device to show the condition you sent it back in and one of it turned on.

"Also make sure when sending your device for repair that you keep hold of your SIM. You also shouldn't send your memory cards, battery and/or back cover (if they're removable) - if these are included with your phone when it goes for repair we can't guarantee their return."
