hello
I am writing to you from turkey.
I wrote to Vodafone Turkey but could not find a solution.
1 month ago I bought wireless modem. I got the internet campaign.
internet 6GB quota.
but there are problems in wireless modem.
internet connection is cut off after half an hour.
I see limited connection point on the computer screen.
I cut the connection, I connect again, the problem is improving.
I called vodafone customer service en dealing with this problem.
I did change the sim card.
I made a grid control.
but no one could find a solution.
I canceled my internet line.
I will pay the penalty fee for that campaign.
can not find a solution to my problem vodafone turkey wants me to serve penalty for not used.
If you want I can give you on the internet caller ID.
subject came up here.
vodafone as headquarters wanted to get your knowledge about this situation.

Vodasfone Group has a global presence. Vodafone UK is a competely self contained UK operation and that is who you've contacted.
