I have selected a vodafone package from linking from cityfibre site I have entered my postcode and been given the choice of the available full fibre packages and selected one, I am then asked for details of my current provider and surname etc
my current provider is talktalk I selecten them and the surname on my account and provided the account number, but I keep getting and error saying vodafone cant contact my provider.
I can skip the one touch switch and just order, but I want to go through one switch as I wish to sync the termination of my current broadband and also I wish to take my landline number with me,
why is one touch switch not working and is there anything I can do to find out what the issue is ?

Hey 👋 It might be worth contacting our sales team over the phone. They can put through one switch orders, which might get past the problem you're experiencing. You can call 191 or 0333 304 0191 from a non Vodafone number.
