Not received Sim for back up on pro2

Recently ordered pro2 WiFi that comes with 4g back up. 

have received the back up unit, but no SIM card. Email said it would be delivered before the rest but have had nothing. 

how do I sort this as Tobi ( the chat bot) is useless

Ignore that… found inside the booster box 🤦‍♂️
