Definitely should have done my homework before switching broadband suppliers. Assumed once install was completed on Monday that we’d have a great, faster broadband. And we did for all of 8 hours. The next day it was off, spent my life using the chat service to no avail. Spoke to someone yesterday to be told our order had not been completed???? What?! Now on day 3 of no broadband and no clue as to what is being done about it.

After posting on here, everything seemed to happen really quickly. A call from technical, a visit from a man in a van and hey presto - broadband! Hurrah!
