Connecting to devices via WIFI

Hi, our Vodafone Hub was activated today. It was live from first thing this morning which is great however I'm having issues connecting my wifi HP printer and my kids smart TV's in their rooms using the WSP button. When I press it on the hub I don't know if its doing anything at all. Have I to do anything else, ie pair it on my account. I'm sort of at a loss, it's usually a straightforward process. R

I've found the WPS button to be a bit "finicky" when I've used it in the past. Usually a quick "stab" on it works best for me. You can also pair it from the routers menu.

The Wi-Fi LED should pulse when it's in pairing mode.
