I had my Fibre installed by OpenReach yesterday and almost 24 hours later still have no active internet: the Vodaphone Powerhub hub is still displaying a flashing red light on the front, with no active lights on the rear. All lights on the OpenReach ONT (apart from LOS - which should be off when there's a strong signal) are a solid green showing that the fibre connection back to BT is working correctly. I have reset the Powerhub multiple times. - why say the connection will come on anytime up until 12pm the same day when it could take far longer!
I have been on the phone to Customer Support twice and a ticket has been raised, but they are taking their time dealing with the issue: I have been told they will phone me back sometime today. As a remote worker the lack of service is costing me time and money! Is there anyone on this Forum who can give me a better idea of when I will be connected?
