Hi, I phoned today to arrange a homve move so I can move my services,
I'm moving is 26 days, your website says at least 30 days notice,
yet when I call, they the person on the end of the call states I am too early and should retry 2 weeks out from my move,
Which is it?,

Hey @Monkeh99, hmm that seems odd, as yes you would need to give 30-days notice so we could organise the move in time.
Have you checked that there is Vodafone broadband available at your new place? I would advised contacting the team again on 0333 304 0191 to make sure the move is put in place as soon as possible 😊
