Hi there,
I have made the move from BT to Vodafone FTTP but still appear to be getting billed for my BT contract. My belief was that VF would arrange the termination of the previous contract in the same way would happen with a mobile phone contract. Have I missed something?

You need to cancel your bt service. As you moved from FTTC vodafone didn't need to cancel it to clear the way and provide FTTP, so they didn't.
It's one of those little details that should be printed somewhere, but isn't.

Sorry I should've been more specific - I was coming from BT FTTP to Vodafone FTTP.

Are both connections with Openreach?
Did you have a phone service with BT, and did you transfer the number to Vodafone?
