Shortly I will have full fibre installed directly into my house. I will not stay with Plusnet as I understand that I cannot plug in my landline phone to their router. Have a search in the forum and look for VoIP while we wait for a moderator to appear.

Yes it should be possible, your number should be transferred to Vodafone if you select yes I want to keep my number when signing up, although wait for someone more knowledgeable to verify this!  It is possible to connect a phone to the Vodafone hub, all the VoIP settings should already be in the hub.

Hi @muff13 👋 As long as you select the option to keep your number when you sign up, this should not be a problem. We will then place this request to the previous provider as part of your activation with us.
