Asus RT AC3200 no internet connected directly to ONT

 Hi everyone I apologise in advance for my foundation knowledge related to this but I have read through a few posts now and I am stumped.

We have just swapped from virgin to vodafone. I used to use the virgin hub in modem mode and used the Asus as the main router. We have just had full fibre installed today and I am trying to connect from the ONT to the Asus router but not look getting internet connection. Ive seen some posts regarding PPPoe and login details to setup the router with the new broadband but Im lost.

Can someone help please, ive attatched a picture of the ONT just incase I have explained anything

You need to contact vodafone support and ask them for your PPPoE login details first. Copy/paste those details from the chat window as the characters are made somewhat ambiguous by the font they use.

Just on with support now waiting to get the PPPoE details ... they sound a bit apprehensive to give me it but I am on hold, I can see that forum link you have sent is inactive now do you have another one that is active still?
