You'll really have to contact VF via their phone support line - I don't even think the social media is going to be fast enough to manage anything!
Just a thought though, just try unplugging and plugging in the cable between the router and the phone socket - and if you have pets look for signs of damage to the cable!

If you are getting nowhere with the broadband support line 0808 003 4515 then you will need to complain.
