Hi all,
Moved into a new build with Fibre To The Premises. After an initial few days of issues (router updating etc) which were sorted out we have had the internet intermittently dropping out for the last two months. After several testing periods Vodafone believed our problem was 'environmental issues'. I recently bought a range extender (TP-Link RE300) a week ago and the issue is still the same. We can be sat somewhere with full signal and then the connection drops and when you look at your WiFi settings it just has an empty signal with our WiFi nowhere to be found even when stood right next to the router.
Our system is currently under another test after resetting the fibre connection box which we have done before. There clearly is some form of hardware fault.
My patience has run out to be honest. As this issue is something we have experienced from the start where do we stand with cancelling our broadband package if this next test does not fix the problem?
Cheers
