Broadband contract

So if Vodafone doesn’t provide me with a proper broadband connection like they promised in the contract and haven’t been able to fix it after several attempts, is it fair that they should allow me to terminate my contract with them so I can get a proper ISP?

Hi

Hope this helps...

If the wiring to your property is the problem, then any and all ISP's will be similar.

If in doubt please ask.

The problem is not the speed. When it works, the speed is decent. The problem is that it drops out and disconnects for hours, especially at midnight. Now I think that’s unacceptable, I am not aware of any works being varried out on the line or issues.

Hi @calinflamind I understand how frustrating this must be! I'd recommend contacting our Social Media team here, they'll be able to run through some troubleshooting with you and run line tests to make sure there are no issues there. If the dropouts are happening at specific times of day this may also be a router issue, and we can arrange a new router if needed.
