Went down yesterday but connection checker said they were looking at a known issue & later it came back up.
Today it's been down all day: flashing red internet light on router. Connection checker failed completely then said my issue was being looked into but I've heard nothing from them. Their chatbot button does nothing, their phone line is premium rate. The only way I've managed to talk to amyone there is over twitter messages but they are saying they are not a realtime support service and they are certainly not responsive.
How do I actually get to talk to them?
