Apart from my broadband speed dropping to 10Mbs from it's usual 43Mbs (I paid for 62Mbs) my broadband now goes off completely now at around 4:30pm and doesn't come back until following morning ? Done this for 3 days now... I do have a repair call with Vodafone so hopefully they'll sort it out. have been with Vodafone 18 months now and apart from not getting the promised 62Mbs (I get 15% knocked off my bill) it has been steady and reliable.

Hi @pbjacko1950, this sounds very strange that the service is going off around the same time each night. Do you or any household members have the Vodafone Broadband App downloaded? If you do, can you check if any changes have been made to the WiFi Scheduler?
