My broadband has stopped working

@noeleen1010 Which broadband contract are you on? Which router do you have? What, if any, of the router lights are on and what colour are they? If you have FTTP (a fibre) broadband is the ONT (the box the router connects with) showing green lights? Is your lack of broadband both with WiFi and wired connections to the router?
