Broadband unusable in the evenings.

I upgraded to Full Fibre 910 last month from full fibre 200. Since the upgrade I’ve noticed intermittent lags in performance and despite the increased speed, the overall connection feels sluggish. 

More recently however, it has become completely unusable in the evenings. I’ve just discovered the BQM on thinkbroadband, which is showing significant packet loss this evening.

I’m using the THG3000 router and Vodafone’s default settings, nothing has changed from my side. My knowledge of broadband is limited to say the least, so I’m hoping someone could suggest what might be causing the issue.

@Davina2015  For future use you can send a link to the BQM rather than waiting for the picture to be moderated.
