Cannot connect Nest Mini and Lenovo Smart Clock to Wifi

Hi I've just got FTTP with the Vodafone Ultra Hub.

I've set some devices up without a problem including my phone and a Google Nest Doorbell, but I cannot get my Nest Mini and Lenovo Smart Clocks to connect. I've tried factory resets and whenever I go through the google home app the app goes to connect to the internet and then just says "something happened the device might be set up but we can't communicate with it" and when I try to ue the google assistant it just says it's trying to connect to the internet.

Any suggestions?
