Hi, How can I check MTU packet size on the router, checked everything and could not find it, is there anyway of knowing what it's set to?

Vodafone use PPPoE, so MTU is 1492.

Why do you want to change it?

Am still having issues with the internet and browsing etc, doing some googling and suggested packet size might be an issue.

I did a ping check and 1464 was the optimum size, anything above this resulted in 100% failure, wanted to check what it was on the router, saying that ping without specifying size results in 100% success so not sure if this is the cause.

Speeds still below guarantee and another OR engineer came and he could not run speed test via ONT and replaced the box and suggested router swap but not heard from VF yet

So was he able to run speed tests after replacing the ONT? If not I can't see what Vodafone have to do with it.

Yes, once ONT was replaced he was able to run the test and it completed fine.
