Conmecting ring cam issues

I have viewed other posts and followed advice but it's not working for me.

I have upgraded to Vodafone super broadband2. I have the old version ringcam camera which uses 2.4ghz connection.

The ringcam won't connect to the new WiFi which is at 2.4 ghz and 5ghz.

 

I saw in another post a similar problem the poster managed to connect his ringcam to the guest wifi which was at 2.4ghz.

But my guest wifi is 2.4ghz, 5ghz and 6ghz.

I can't see how to change the wifi settings so that guest only produces 2.4ghz.

I realise this post is a few months old, but in case anyone else is having the same issue or you didn’t find a solution… I temporarily turned off the firewall, this isn’t recommended, but it was off for a few minutes whist I connected both my ring camera and doorbell and then switched it back on. You will need your Web UI Access and Web UI password to sign in, this is on the sticker that’s received with the Vodafone hub that also has your WiFi name and password on. Also, you won’t be able to do it from safari on an iPhone, I used a google chrome app on my iPhone, however you can probably use another desktop browser. Hope this helps someone.
