Hi All,

Can this be done via bridge mode?, Although dont see that option on my new router so can anyone help with this.

I had my install today for the 900mb and its great but want to use my tp-link AX6000 if possible, Ive read that all that needed is your username/password but this can only be given by vodafone??

www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd

Go there and ask for your PPPoE login details.

When entering your details on the router you have to add to the username to make it read dsl********@broadband.vodafone.co.uk

Get them to copy/paste your details, or get a transcript to make sure it's the correct info.

Thanks very much for your help!!

Your service is FTTP, so your router will connect direct to the ONT. The only problem is without the Vodafone router you will loose the phone service.

Thank you!

If your upload speed is similar to your download then it's a Cityfibre connection which need a VLAN ID of 911. Otherwise it's openreach which doesn't use VLAN.

Cheers, Got my login details and was told my vlan id is 101 will try both :Smiling:

101 is for Openreach, but it doesn't always need it. (I think it is handled by the ONT)

This is definitely cityfibre!,maybe Vodafone got this one wrong LOL
