Connection Drop

Hello i'm Andrea from Italy, i noticed in the lastest 5 month, that my internet connection suddently spike to 10000+ ping, disconnecting me from the internet connection for something about 30-120 seconds.
This problem happen randomicaly during the time, and i noticed in my modem page, that there is a too high value for the FEC correction, how could i fix it?
I had Vodafone for 4 years, and never got problem until the last 5 month.
