Connection problems?

Hi

I was having some trouble with my router, it kept disconnecting when we got a phone call all of a sudden, nothing had changed and it just started happening.  We have a filtered face plate.  So I bought a new router and we don't seem to be having the problem receiving phone calls now (well not 100% sure) but now the internet will stop randomly but usually after 1 day of being connected.  It is still synced to the exchange but there is no throughput.  I tried disconnecting the internet and reconnecting it but it won't connect back up.  So I choose reboot the router and then it does resync and connect and the internet works.  I use a Archer VR2100 router.

Another thing to try is to remove the filtered faceplate, and just plug in a regular filter to the test socket to see if that works - it's unlikely but even filters/filtered faceplates can go wrong and cause issues!
