We have an office that the main Wi-Fi signal doesn’t reach. The office is hardwired so I have hardwired and connected the WiFi booster/extender via Ethernet to the back of one of the LAN ports on the main router. Some of my devices including iphones and ipads connect seamlessly every time with no issue. However some other devices connect for 2 or 3 minutes before disconnecting automatically . These devices can still see a full/strong Wi-Fi signal but when I try to re-connect to it the devices say they cannot connect (see image). If I switch the booster and the laptops/TV off and on they will reconnect for a few minutes providing good internet before dropping the signal again.
Vodafone have been useless and provided me with no help apart from to contact all the devices manufacturers, although I have other devices made by the same manufacturers that connect just fine and hold their signal. There is also no fault on line.
Can anyone help please?
