Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by "drop outs"? Is the internet led on the router solid white, or is it flashing red or white occasionally.?

I wouldn't worry too much about the error log, it's mostly always red.

My internet restarts every 5 mins roughly been really bad today, I cannot see any lights on my router or they are really dull. If i reset i see them. I have check in hub and leds set to on so i cant see anything flashing red or white sorry

"Failed to send packet: Network is Unreachable" along with mentions of "STA". seems to be indicating a problem with a WPS connected device. Identify the device, disable it, and see how you go.

Are you running a booster? First suspect.

Hi what do you mean booster bit more information please

Then you're not.

I'll jump back in when I get home, gotta return the van and jobsheets.

made me laugh and thanks, I know there is an issue with a bad underground joint farther back up the pavement, its been dug up and messed with many times over last few years. My issues seem to be when its really wet like damp is seeping into this joint. May be total rubbish but it definately is worse when we have had loads of rain. reason i have picked this up more today is trying to watch Prime on main tv and its just dropping every 5 to 10 mins, then resets and around we go again. I am using the plug in TP link units. Never had issues with them before.

I wonder if this is the Sky Q box droppping in and out. As i have posted the sky installer said they need constant good signal or will drop out. May be that???

@DG1962 The MAC address in the STA lines is an Amazon device. Amazon own the range 08:12:A5:00:00:00 - 08:12:A5:FF:FF:FF.

@DG1962

Yes the LEDS are very dim, actually what you (should) see are the reflections of the LEDS on the dark grey base, so they will be dim. Luckily my router is in a dark corner, but if I turn the light on I can't see mine either, terrible design.

If it is the incoming line that is causing disconnections, they will be recorded in the router (as cuts) so check and see if they show there.
