Does NBN suck or is it just Vodafone?

Hey. I’m relatively new to Australia (from NZ).

I’ve lived in three different apartments in Sydney and been with Vodafone for NBN. In every case the internet has been terrible. Most of the time it works just fine but several times per day it’ll glitch and reset my VPN connections, etc. which is really annoying.

I’ve heard many complaints about NBN. Is the whole network like this, or would I have better luck with another ISP?

You can always try asking your Australian network this question @davyt .  You won't be able to get any advise asking Vodafone UK.
