Hi, so had the essential package which expires tomorrow. Been trying to re-reister here: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband/essentials-broadband for 3 days now. Filled out for and every time I submit the form, website crashes without submitting the form.
Used the chat bot a couple of times now and speaking to an advisor and was told "just keep trying" which they were told to do by a manager?
Getting fed up now, all I want to do is keep a contract going and no one seems bothered?
As I'm liable for a £30 a month package from tomorrow, should I just get onto uswitch and head elsewhere?
I'm not working at the minute, have mental health issues and can do without having to jump through hoops when all I want is to click on a box that lets me continue with another years contract. Not difficult, is it?

That's OK @bar72 We understand social media isn't for everyone. I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies, then giving the form another go. If that doesn't help, please try another device. appreciate you trying to help. So, cleared cache / cookies on Firefox. Site's still crashing when you click on submit at the bottom. Called the number you gave, an endurance test trying to converse with someone who's first language isn't English!
I'll waste the rest of my day and keep trying to re register or switch, whoever answers their phone first.

I know this must be frustrating @bar72 so thank you for sticking with it. If you can try a different browser, that may help. Give a different device a go too.

Please help I am having the exact same problem this person had.
All I want to do is renew my essentials as am in receipt of universal credit, yet the page just crashes. Tried TOBI and all the advisor does is give me the link to fill in the essentials form.

@Janey I am having the exact same problem this person had. My essentials contract is due to expire and all I want to do is renew it, but the form keeps crashing when I press submit. I've tried various browsers, chatted with an advisor via Tobi. Please can you complete the form for me or get the essentials department to contact me, just want to renew as am on universal credit and my contract expires 7th Fenruary. Thanks

Hi @victoriaj3734, I'm sorry to hear the form has been crashing each time you fill it in. Please try to use any other device if you have one or changing the browser and clearing the cookies and cache from it, this normally helps.
