Full Fibre what a Start!

I am sure this has been posted many times but here goes. The Vodafone connection process from standard to full fibre is poor. Openreach do their bit of installing the line but after that your on your own…

No connector so you can not connect the phone. Ok get one from Amazon but surely Vodafone could provide this?.

In our case the phone is dead, probably not uncommon occurrence but to a lot of customers the landline phone is vital. Any backup from VF? 4 days of extended chats a phone calls and finally the phone line is up. That’s not good enough, is it? That’s the question…

We know the answer.
