Hi I'm stupid when It comes to this stuff lol my husband was the tech guy but he passed, I recently had open reach set up full fibre and since then my pro hub can't get Internet spoke to multiple advisors who have tried to configure and activate and multiple power downs and resets and still nothing getting no Internet I just want to check does this set up look right or am I missing something, I feel dumb for asking but don't want to waste vodafone time

Your pictures haven't been moderated yet, but I doubt it's anything to do with you.
Vodafone seem be be poor at handling upgrades where people continue using their existing router,
You can only hope support will finally resolve it, but raising an official complaint may help.
