Our 500mbps Gigafast has worked very reliably since Sept 2020 but since 20.11.23 it has been on/off with no explanation from Vodafone other than they have contacted City Fibre to investigate. I keep reporting the fault each time it goes off and this time it has been off since 08.12.23. How do I contact a Tech Supervisor to try and get more information on why we are not able to receive a reliable service and what is the fault that is causing our issues.
