Gigafast connection problem

Now I’ve had Vodafone gigafast for a few months now and everything’s been fine, but today 16/11/2020 the connection seems to be dropping out all the time. The router has all the white lights on. Whenever I do a speed test they all fail to finish. Does anyone know if there is issues on the gigafast network?

Hi @Wilkie1903, sorry for the delay in reaching your post! Are you still having issues with your Gigafast connection? If so, I'd advise giving the Gigafast team a call on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from any other line. They'll be able to investigate this further and help with getting you up and running on our speedy broadband again!
