Hi...I'm freaking out here.

I am trying to link my Asus router in Access Mode to the Ultrahub. I also have a phone line so they both need to be connected.

I have tried the ethernet from ONT to the Asus - nothing happens and Have connected both together - ONT to Ultrahub LAN and Ultrahub WAN to ASUS LAN and again nothing. It's impossible to get to the ASUS GUI as It won't connect to the internet.

I actullay had this set up recently without any issues (had to do nothing) and have also reset the Asus to factory settings via reset button and did the set up as described in the manual (which i didn't even read before...Please help is you can - TIA :Winking_smiley:

ONT to Vodafone WAN, vodafone LAN to asus WAN. WAN settings on asus to automatic IP, or static IP in the range 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.250 netmask 255.255.255.0

Thanks :Winking_smiley: Yeah I have that but all I get is the power on led...The 2/5ghz and the usb light flash occasionally but nothing?

Ah, you're talking about the Asus there -my bad.

Turn the router off, wait a few seconds then while holding the wps button in turn it on. Keep holding the wps button until the power led either flashes or goes off. Power off - power on.

Your router is stalling for some reason and isn't fully booting, the above is the best way to get it back.

You haven't mixed up the power supplies have you?

Too late to edit

It's never impossible to connect to the asus gui. After a factory reset and connecting via WiFi or lan the ip is 192.168.50.1

That's the thing - it won't connect via wifi either? When i go through the Asus app internet set up it picks up the router via the qr code and asks to connect to the ASUS wifi...however that fails to show up on my phone?

Plug the vf router into the ONT and factory reset it. Let it settle - nothing is instant

What are the lights on the ONT doing?

The ONT lights have always been good and the VF router was/is connected to the ONT. I will factory reset the VF router now...

OK - ONT are as before - all green and VF router is reset :Smiling:
