I have a bit of a problem has anyone else got the same one?

I can not change my 2.4 ghz channel on the settings on my hub at all I have gone though the settings in the ip and I was in expert mode.

I have the vodafone hub THG3000 

Current firmware version
19.2.0307-3261013
 
If anyone can advise me what to do it would be a great help. Vodafone customer service aint listening and have no idea what they are talking about but there sending an openreach engineer out for some reason.

If you look around the forum you will find lots of posts pertaining to the same problem. The option has been removed by Vodafone. As you only mention the 2.4Ghz channel does that mean you can still change the 5Ghz?

No I can not change the 5ghz either. 5 ghz dont really get used much in my house only use it for the playstation my phone and my girlfriends phone thats about it but that seems to be fine.
