Homebroad band

Hi,

I do have internet with Vodafone since 2020. I leave in a house that was slipetd into 4 flats and now that is time to renew the contract, for some reason it's showing on your sistem that all the flats do not have access to internet at all.

Therefore it is become impossible to renew my alredy existing Superfast 2 homebroad band or upgrade it to vodafone Pro II homebroad band.
