I've not got a master socket in my house

Hello, I've just ordered broadband, all good and well, and it is ready to be activated on the 23rd of this month. however I've just realised the home I am moving into doesn't have a mastersocket but I think it does have a phone line going into the property. I've received an e-mail saying there's no need for an engineer, but it looks like I'm going to need one. Is there any way I can arrange for one to be fitted before the activation date? Thanks.

Hey @Blue-125, we are happy to hear you have joined us on our Broadband service. If we emailed you saying we don't need an engineer that means we have checked the address and it has the landline socket we need to provide the service, but you can get in touch with our Broadband team to double check on - 0333 3040 191or webchat here.
