DO NOT get vodafone broadband.
After conversing with them for months and having one engineer visit per month for 8 months our broadband is still dropping constantly. I spent 3 hours trying to get through their chat bots and 'customer service' team who were no help at all, the end result being leaving my contract early with no exit fee as they were not providing the service I was paying for.
New broadband gets installed in 2 days and we are STILL being charged for a service we are not receiving.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Sorry to hear of your problems. I had a similar thing when I joined Vodafone. It was an Openreach problem and it took 3 months to cure.
However since then (nearly 3 years) I have had a faultless service. (hope I haven't put the mockers on it)
Will your new service be basically the same, but just with a different ISP?
Do let us know how it goes, if it's an Openreach fault, it may be the same there.
