Left with no broadband for 3 days

Hello, so basically 3 days ago, I had a restriction put on my account as I forgot to pay my bill, I set up a promise to pay and was told the bar has no been lifted, your broadband will be on within 2-24 hours.

 

24 hours passed and I called them up again, they have had me try every possible fix, all to no avail. Passed me on to a technician who made do all the same things as the agent while also checking my master socket, he couldn't find the fault either so he told me I will pass this on to someone else. I spoke to this team today and they still haven't managed to find the fault. I've spent roughly 8 hours on the phone to various people at Vodafone over the past 3 days and don't understand how no one has found the issue. They assure me their is no bar.

 I'm getting messages like "no ipv4 address" when logging into the router and "line status not active" In the broadband app. 

 

I'll attach some photos in the comments of the messages I'm getting. Hopefully someone has had similar messages and managed to fix it, its driving me crazy now😂
