I was previously a Vodafone customer for Home broadband and I was looking to come back. It appears the product has since been withdrawn for my area, does that mean FTTP is arriving very soon? Locks Heath (Fareham) does seem to be in a deadspot for providers getting FTTP sorted.

@mikeyscott OpenReach have a searchable map, just enter your postcode.

And a checker by address too https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker

It doesn't look like you will be getting FTTP from Openreach anytime soon (me neither)
If Vodafone are not offering you FTTC, try putting in another address locally. If they are offered it, Vodafone's database is probably wrong. Unfortunately only they can solve it, if that is the case.

My address returns "sometime between now and December 2026" for 1000 down and 220 up. Well done OpenReach that's as about as helpful as a devlivery company saying that the parcel will arrive some time between 07:01 and 22:59.

That's interesting, my neighbour can order it

As I said, probably their is database is wrong. Sometimes it clears up in a few days, but probably best to try contacting them, perhaps call up on the order line and see what they say.
A while back, nobody on my street could order Vodafone, even though I'm on it. Cleared itself eventually.

Called them earlier today and they said it's not possible, so may call them back later or wait for Virgin to respond, even though I hate their price gouging at end of contract.

@mikeyscott Virgin are not the only one to put their hand in your pocket at the end of contract, there's a lot of it about.

Agree, but they're up there with the worst offenders.
