Broadband still down following full fibre upgrade by CityFibre

We were upgraded to full fibre this morning, the Engineer advised it would take about 2 hours for our broadband to come back on following the router reset, it's still down after 5 hours. Can someone please advise how to get it back up? I work from home and can only use my phone as a hot spot for so long

It states clearly in one of the emails that it can be provisioned at any time up to midnight. If it's not connected in the morning do a reset with the recessed button at the back. If it still doesn't provision get back to Vodafone via:

Have you tried the router back in the phone socket? That may continue to work for a while.
