Loss of connection at the same time every night

I wonder if anyone can suggest what may be causing out internet to drop out ( only for less than a minute or so ) at the same time every night? Just after 10pm it goes. Not to bad for me but annoying for my son who is mid game and gets booted out! Any suggestions welcome.
