I had superfast 1 and had download speeds in the low 30 Mbps.
I switched to superfast 2 and initially had speeds of 44 Mbps, well below the 55Mbps guarantee.
For the last few months that has dropped to a pathetic level. Today (28/04/20) I have had a high of 16.02 Mbps and a low of 8.01 Mbps. (It has been as low as 4.0 Mbps). Upload speeds have been today a high of 0.19 Mbps and a low of 0.17 Mbps and yes that decimal point is in the right place ! I even had a Ping of 239 ms on one of todays readings ( speedtest by Ookla)
And vodafone are still charging me the full amount even though I try to claim the discount on the app. But what's the point of a couple of pounds off a month, they should even be allowed to charge for such a woefully dismil service.
So does anybody else have similar problems, or is this par the course for vodafone ?
If so, does anybody recommend another provider so I can leave.

Hi @Andy-B1
I can well understand your not impressed with your speeds.
There are some existing threads on the forum that hold self help troubleshooting tips that may help if you haven't performed a forum search yet. My apologies if you have.
Vodafone do offer a speed guarantee in that if the speeds are not achieved then they reduce your charges although I appreciate this does not help with your current situation.
The Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries might be able to help.
Or the Vodafone Broadband Team via
》Broadband-and-Home-Phone-FAQs.
I appreciate how important it is to be connected even more so in these unprecedented times.
I wish you all the best with this situation.
